What I own
- Deployment and configuration of the AVD environment, including host pools, session hosts, and the Entra ID integration behind sign-in.
- Session host lifecycle management: building, patching, scaling, and retiring hosts as the fleet changes.
- Third-level troubleshooting when the Help Desk has exhausted its playbook.
- Performance tuning so the experience stays acceptable under real workloads, not just in a lab.
- Keeping the virtual desktop environment inside the same compliance and security posture as everything else.
