Day-to-day ownership of the Microsoft 365 tenant, including retention and security policies, Teams and device policies, and enterprise voice routing.
Microsoft 365 is where most of the company's work actually happens, so its administration is never finished. I own the tenant end to end rather than one workload.
Workloads
- Exchange Online: retention policies, mail flow, and security settings, plus off-hours Exchange upgrades so users never notice them.
- Microsoft Teams: Teams policies and the integrations people rely on for collaboration.
- Teams Phones: calling plans, phone number assignment, and voice routing for enterprise telephony.
- Intune: device and application policies for managed endpoints.
- OneDrive for Business and SharePoint: storage quotas and data retention policies.
- Compliance and security measures applied consistently across all of the above.
Alongside the administration itself, I train users on the tools they depend on and cross-train teammates so any of us can cover the tenant.
