Salesforce migration with vendor-led UAT
Ran sandbox user acceptance testing with the vendor and an internal Sales, Product, and IT team to clear issues before the production cutover.
A CRM migration touches every team that talks to customers, so the risk is not technical alone. My role was to make sure problems surfaced in the sandbox, not on cutover day.
Approach
- Coordinated user acceptance testing in the vendor's sandbox environment.
- Brought Sales, Product, and IT stakeholders into a single test cycle so each group validated its own workflows.
- Tracked and closed issues with the vendor ahead of the production cutover.
